MDG、MD 和 ND 转鼓式干燥机可提供具有成本效益的干燥无油空气。特别适合用于食品和饮料、发电、制药及其他关键生产工艺。

它们只需很小的功率即可实现非常低的露点
· MDG 转鼓式干燥机的流量为 450l/s - 露点为 -40°C/F 和更低的温度
· MD 转鼓式干燥机的流量范围为 200 至 4000 l/s – 露点为 -25°C/-13°F
· ND 转鼓式干燥机的流量范围为 300 至 4000 l/s – 露点为 -45°C/-49°F
· VSD 变频型号可与低能耗的 VSD 无油压缩机配套
MDG 压缩热干燥机是出色的可在几乎零功耗的情况下稳定可靠地提供 -40°C(-40°F) 压力露点 (PDP) 的干燥机。该设备无加热元件,无鼓风机,也不存在压缩空气(吹扫)损失。其总功耗低于 120W。与市场上普通的吸附式干燥机相比,MDG 的运行费用接近于零 - 即使在电费很高的情况下也是如此。

Description
Energy-efficient rotarydrum dryers
A drum type heat ofcompression dryer offers an energy-efficient way to produce dry air. It’s aperfect match for your oil-free screw or centrifugal compressors. It uses theheat generated in the compression process to regenerate the desiccant. Thisheat is typically wasted in twin tower drying technologies. Our rotary drumdryers completely avoid the loss of compressed air.
They need a minimalamount of power to achieve very low dew points
MDG rotary drum dryer450l/s - dew points of -40°C/F and lower

The MDG heat of compression dryer is the world’s first dryer thatprovides a stable and guaranteed Pressure Dew Point (PDP) of -40°C (-40°F)at almost zero power consumption. The unit has no heating element, no blowerand there is no loss of compressed air (purge). Its total powerconsumption is always below 120W. Compared to market standard desiccant dryers,the MDG’s operational cost is close to zero - even at high electricity costs.
